Untold Tales of Bigfoot: Ghosts and Monsters page 2018

Welp. Looks like Bigfoot and Scout’s luck may have finally run out. There’s a camera crew on their doorstep and I don’t think the boys have had time to tidy up. (that little paragraph is probably best if you read it in a folksy, Hoyt-Axton-type voice in your head)

Happy Holidays

I’m told I have roughly two weeks to get my holiday shopping done. That’s fantastically close to the point-of-no-return where there simply isn’t enough time to buy presents at all. So here’s hoping everyone’s been naughty this year because this Krampus catalog offers free delivery. (He’s technically a “monster” so he fits in just fine around here.)

I’ve got a few more pages in this first “chapter” that I have to post. It’s taking a few more pages than I’d planned because I’m making the panels bigger and bolder in this book than in the first book. I think it’ll make for a pleasant reading experience if we go to print. So I’ll see you next week with another page. -v

  1. Let’s hope Scout and Bigfoot don’t linger too long in the cave’s depths so they can double back to the entrance and spot the crew as they advance. Super suspense!

    • Yeah, this first chapter is all about building the suspense. The ensuing chapters will double down on the action. Then, the final chapter….just math problems and homemaking tips, oddly enough. -v

  2. If BF and Scout can steal away unseen, perhaps the complexities of the cave’s passages will keep the camera crew busy for awhile. Here’s hoping, anyway…

  3. Side note, just noticing from this view, that entrance would make a great stage and amphitheatre. Perhaps the story will evolve to use that feature someday.
